If the moon could tell its stories
Of all that it over time has seen
If earth could only show its history
Of civilizations gone that have been

If the universe ran a full documentry
Of before the earth was actually born
If the sun told of many changes known
Of its endless sunsets its every dawn

If a place above human comprehention
Told of the many classes in earths school
Of life forms on earth its seen come and go
If this race has learned more than a fool

If the human race has learned anything
As each class in university life its passed
If it could provide the largest ever mirror
Reflecting simplest exams failed first and last

Of all time each time if humans learned at all
Would the human race not be as ignorant true
Would this entire race be any different today
Than it is today oh how I wish I knew
