Tonight there is but one star in the sky
I can't even see the moon and I know the reason why
There is a feeling within my heart
That the time is coming and with it..... a brand new start
As I stare into the sky
That is the place where the eagles fly
The lonely star that only I can see
Is falling down how could this be
I sit on the wall and patiently wait
I watch how far the star will fall
And I smile at the beauty of it all
Then I think this falling star
all of a sudden came from afar
This lonely star It came to a stop
So this I knew all along
this little star that was so free
Low and behold....It was always you coming for me
