A similarity that exists between dusk and dawn
Is that neither gives a **** if you are gone
I might sound rough, but isn't it true
You're just a tiny part of nature, so let me tell you
All that ego in your veins, and that ignorance on your nose
Will make you fall someday, turn your friends into your foes
All this lust for material things in the world of the greedy
Has made us all sinners, for we all ignore the needy
For we all want a life that is lush and full of leisure
How many of us would stop ours cars to help a man having a seizure
See, I'm not saying you must stop all your work and help those in need
For we live in a type of world that pays us just enough to feed
There are people who make exorbitant amounts,
and maybe they do help out
Or maybe they don't because of some problems,
so they just sit there and pout
Ok so maybe you don't always need money in order to help
You could get someone to smile when they're not, or just adopt a whelp
See, everyone has restrictions on just how much they're able to do
So if you're at a better position than most, please make sure you help just a few
See, but even some people at better positions,
may also at times need a hand
For money and cars are not always enough,
that's something you must understand
I'm starting to think I sound like a privileged brat,
i'm just trying to paper my thoughts
For I'm never able to speak these aloud,
unless I'm down 7 shots
I'm just an average person who thinks way too much,
so please consider my above mentioned plea
I still have lots to say, so if you're kind enough,
would you mind waiting for part 3?
