Dear brothers and sisters
We are gathered here today
To celebrate the life and slow demise of a very close friend

He was a big part of my childhood and yours
But of late his use has dwindled daily
Until sadly today he exists a hermits life
Only very rarely being called into use

I fear the day is upon us that he shall no longer be useful and therefore I ask you join me in wishing 'Common Sense' a safe and fruitful retirement

He will be sadly missed
Popped into Dr's surgery to ask I could donate my books to the surgery for the children when they are visiting only to be told that the books had been removed from the play area as they were considered bad for children who may get a papercut or put them in their mouth. We do so smother our children isn't a papercut a fact of life, they happen they hurt you soothe the child its over, your job as a parent is done.

Rant over
