Jun 2018
I nurture my disease in the corner of my mind
Bruised lids appreciate sight
More
Suffering for my enlightenment
I wonder how it would feel
Just to lay down on a hot bed of coals
Slow burn with the soul
Can I rush myself into coma
Be pleased with the empathy that comes from my heart for my self
And the guilt my mind carries
For my body.
