~
I dreamed of you again.
We laughed,
talked,
and loved.
You held me so tightly,
with strong,
warm
hands.
Yet touched me
so tenderly,
lovingly,
and gently.
I awoke and realized it wasn't real
I'm left with a hole
so deep,
dark,
and painful.
Longingly I wait to fill
this abysmal,
heart clenching
loneliness.
Maybe I'll stop longing
and find
my beautiful
self instead.
