I know I need to learn to love her now
But how do I know that I know how?
And even if I were to give her all my love
How do I know I'm who she's thinking of?

And even if I learn that she loves me,
For how long will her and I be we?
And, let's suppose, that the fire starts to grow
How long until it starts to lose its glow?

I know I need to learn to love her now
But how can I now that I found out
It's not enough for me to give her all my love;
I am not the one she's thinking of...
