May 2018
They burn intensely in the blackest night,
from bubbling cauldrons of complexities;
Soaring openly into the cavernous skies,
and freely energize their raw abilities.

Destructive through their raging flames,
so far beyond mere mortals' comprehension;
Compounding aching wounds of hearts' lament,
in scorching psalms that bear each raw intention.

Among the massive canopy of fading stars,
entangled and dispersed by sparks of flight;
Soon connect along a wildfire's fearsome pace,
and through the paths of heaven's burnished light.

So fierce a power now set upon release,
The smoking torches quickly gather force;
creating empty spaces scorned and charred,
In history's relenting chase from sins' remorse.
The fires that burn inside of us take flight and eventually dissipate into the dark of night ! Some return, but not without consequence !
