While traveling down relentless highways,
still trying to discover where to find;
The essence of tranquility and love,
to halt the turmoil poisoning our minds.

Emotions streaming in an endless fury,
enraged by all the purposeless of life;
Fraught and fearful of misguided echoes,
that dampen spirits' cause to surmount strife.

But worlds of raging anger climb above,
in perilous words that lack civility;
As the crassness of each mournful missive,
tends to feed upon the public's sanity.

Yet in the air a solemn pledge will rise,
from past histories defying caustic themes;
And suddenly the storms are put to rest,
by brave revolts against satanic schemes.

As if a bridge appears amidst the haze,
where highways cross the ocean's mighty force;
While following our hearts to greener pastures,
we're set upon and clear and righteous course.
