Iam angry, Iam upset
Iam frustrated beyond my limits
All of this takes control over my body
Shutting me out from everyone else

Iam trapped in a shell
That I built for myself
A shell that has unbreakable walls

I lay there in peace
Waiting for someone
Who can break the walls
And pull me out
From my own delusional world
Filled with pain and distress.
