More than a Hound Driver’s written log
It surrounds a Hound bus
Greyhound gave me that nickname and I took it as a plus
It’s my passion for the Greyhound bus
My enthusiasm that might be to some people what is the fuss
Houndman Cometh yes I have been named
But inspiration that shall remain
Houndman Cometh not a name for hounding around
It’s my personal preservation that can be found
My own destination being solid as the road
My direction being beyond flashing lights
I am Houndman Cometh and don’t need to be polite
No bones about it in approach
It’s not a speech that I spoke
My love for animals and the hound
The shout of “Houndman Cometh” being the sound
I have arrived with the appropriate name
The buddy system has taken aim
What makes Houndman Cometh unique?
The name just sounds neat.
