Time is precious we all know
We must get closer so our love will grow
There are some things that hold us back
We must put them aside and get on track
There are some things we never will tell
We will put it in a book that we can sell
But these poems that I write are straight from the heart
And I told you how I felt right from the start
No matter what problems we might have
I will always be there till the end of time
Because loving you will never be a crime
I just want to hold you through the night
So I can know first hand that you are alright
I want to tell you right now  and I say it on my own
As long as I live you will never be alone
