You Ghost Me, A Rock
What now? The voices sing out
What to do with all of it, such possibility
It was easier then, to let it all be buried
Easier to pretend it was not important
You were, I said to myself, nothing much
Now, at all, to me. . . .not these days
But the potential sings up and down my body
In your touch, haunts me in your thoughts,
Inside my mind, Your voice, your dreams
Living a resonant life of their own
Right next to mine
2018
Songs on the radio invade my dreams as I sleep and I leave internet radio station on when I nap to comfort me. Crazy imagery occurs.
