When I left work tonight at five  o'clock
The light was falling but it wasn't dark
It was as though Van Gogh had taken his brush
Painted the sky in a faint blush
All different hues from grey to white to red and blue
And it got me thinking of you
I wish I could have captured its sight and shared it with you tonight
You would have loved the picture and the glow
How I still miss you so **
