A dark shadow cast above the dimly lit sky.
Surrounded in darkness here we lie.
Hand in hand, only feet apart.
We know each other, We know our hearts.
As we lay here crying,
Tears sustaining life to the ground.
I make not a word, nor even a sound.
For why must we speak, when our pain says it all,
For we may be on the ground, but there are many to fall,
As we lay here dying,
At least we know such,
That our pain isn't fake, we know that as much.

So come and cry, and lie with me.
For your pain is ours, and that's what you'll see.
