Underneath that hardened drift of snow
There’s a beautiful garden
But, you wouldn’t know

You care for what your mind sees
And what your mouth speaks

Behind that caked on layer of dust
Lay the most inspiring books
But my word, you won’t trust

You’re afraid to get close
Love makes you choke

Just past the gate to heaven’s lair
There’s an angel awaiting you
But, you just don’t care

If you live your life in a box
You’ll end it there too
Suffocating on your own breath
