Crocus purple today's dawning hue,
caressing the checks that embrace the view.
Beauty awakes every day anew,
offering, anything, everything,
a smorgasbord of gifts for all to partake,
tomorrow it will come, do not forsake,
as hearts beat syncopate unified,
in rhythmic tones their call, betides.
Gratitude in those whom witness
each sun's rise debut.
Purple winter sunrises in the Sicilian Channel between Pantelleria and Tunisia
