are the angels leaving
birds retreating
why are we left alone in here
select your sentences
from a bargain basement
dreams kept undercover
silence and strange noises
the throes of a democracy
in its last stages
a choice to embrace a new story
the lost spaces in between
fact or factories
in all its glory
life is still a tragedy
are you willing
to give up your mor(t)ality
to fight
for what you believe in
or is it better not to fight at all
as you stand tall
and hug the tallest of trees
you never end up on your knees
except to bless the bleeding bees
i seek thy comfort in small apertures
tragic gardeners delivering numbers
throw me a boomerang
and i’ll take you back
into my heart
the foggy mirror
is a great starting point
