As evening falls about the town,
and silhouettes of trees abound;
A dusky haze surrounds the moon,
as she lifts herself in rhythmic tune.

The sun has faded from our sight,
while making room for sky's delight;
As shadows dancing 'round in play,
dismiss the vivid signs of day.

Lying low on the dampened green,
the crimson sky emits a gleam;
With soft and tender strains of light,
that glow so gently through the night.

Give welcome to the mystic face,
of shining stars and planets' grace;
As the easy flow of nature's way,
now captivates in magical array.
