In the dawn of an hour so nigh
I yearn for that savory taste
Not yet plasma, not yet blood
Yet it rests and tests
Bringing me down into the void
Through and through
From quark to quark
I see the embers of life
Shift into unique forms of repetition
All too familiar to my soul
A timeless form of art
Which we forever fall into
Jumping out of sequences
Only to find yourself in another
They say its best to admire from afar
And so it’s the deed that is done

No more yearning for life
Is no more yearning for death
