You choose the road less traveled by
But I wanted to travel them all
I need to see what every road has to offer
Before I choose my destination
For once a path has been chosen, there is no turning back
The sweet sunrise meadows and bright cherry blossoms
One day is honey-sweet in my eyes
But tomorrow may be cold and bitter
When my heavy heart dries out my tongue
Then the crisp autumn leaves and in flavored breeze
Are the only sensations calling to me
But brisk chills and haunting night skies
Cut out my heavy heart and hollow me out inside
The icy winds of winter freeze out this pain
So I could travel the coldest path
But soon enough my aching throat will beg for summer air
And my fingertips will crave the burning sunlight
No road can satisfy me for long
But each one, at different times, holds unimaginable beauty
Of the many roads that lie before me
I desire to walk them all
So I am always standing still
