SITTING ON THE EDGE OF A WORD
i'm sitting on the edge of a word
a buried secret
mud over my mouth
it feels like a snake crawled up in my brain
a flock of ravens
a slow dredge
a dark taboo, scintillent
oh scarred angel
your kiss
a scarlet tongue
