Mess
Locked into each other's eyes
And gave a smile;
Yet never uttered a word;
Cloaked in alibis
Faking a want so agile;
Vague and awkward, spurred;
Believe obvious lies,
Add to the pile;
Waning thoughts, absurd;
Melancholic sighs
Stare at the mile
Scream feelings never heard;
Pain albeit nice
Comforting yet vile;
Hoping to happen; cursed;
This wish is a vice
A corundum out of style;
Punishing; forgiving; stern.
I saw you today
I just miss you more
Even if I know I mean nothing
