No signs here
or there,
I wonder.

But after the wonder
I realise it's gone

so if life goes on
can you tell me
where?

I searched high and low
in the graveyards of woe
off the cape of no hope
and still couldn't see.

What if what if is not to be
and
no signs to see?

'Are you mad?,
they ask me
I nod
and shake my head
slowly.
