You sit there in a cage of gold,
Trading happiness for stability.
It ain't locked, your body's free.
But your mind yearns for normality.

Do you see us in the aging buildings.
There is true life's real face.
Thus we are happy here and safe.
Now that's a change of pace.

The empty eyes, they hate us.
With every single crime we're charged.
But don't you worry about us.
Our beloved chaos keeps us all untouched.

Get up, ya, follow me, let's recolllect our squad.
Now I recall every night in camps of old.
So let ya have your heart back, get borders crossed.
Why won't leave that cage of gold.
Just leave the cage once you can. Same goes for me.
