Singing Her a Tune
She carries her basket
Through the cool market
Her sandals lightly step
On the seamless floor
She hums along
To music she hears
As he follows behind
Singing softly to her
No one notices him
As he walks close behind
Sweet lyrics rise above
And heard over the aisle
She feels the waves
Of sound touching her
In her ears and her heart
Without ever turning around
From the cashierβs aisle
She carries out her fare
Heβs a passenger with her
And sings without a care
