Last night I had a
row with my teenage
daughter

being a mum is
wonderful but at times
can be difficult

giving out advice
when never heard can be
very frustrating

which leads to my mind
going into mega
overtime

then when the storms
calms everything seems normal
for awhile

until the next conflict
and just hoping in time
she sort herself out

but never shall I give
up on her no mater what
I'll just keep distance

lies drugs alcohol
staying out not coming home
breaks my heart

still it's a new day
today and the sun is warm
and the sky is clear

pigeons cooing
butterflies fluttering
flowers blooming

have to remain
happy when the clouds rain
tis my only way
