Thinking back to the past years of this journey
Hardships felt like an eternity
So much fear
Panic held the reigns
Everyday scare and pain
Even then I had the hope
Although struggle to see light so dark at night
Fright after fright
Dreams came alive
So glad to feel lighter
I know still a way to go
Trials will commence
But the picture comes together more
The tests and joys make much more sense
