Sunday go to meeting
I'm meeting with the Lord
Bring along my reading
That being the Holy word

Never do I forget it
No not even a tad
As I always have my Bible
Riding on the dash

Always play it safe
Leave it where it lays
Within easy reach
But only on Sundays

Seldom do I use it
Though I know where it's at
Out there in my cruising
With my Bible on the dash

This is purely speculation
But I've had no accidents
Could this be the reason
Or just coincidence

And if I ever did
Do I know where I'd end at
Frankly no idea
With my Bible only riding on the dash
