Anxiety, My Companion (a daily struggle)

Sometimes I can

rail against it,

sometimes it

conquers me.

Sometimes I hide

it well, other

days the fatigue

of fighting it shows.

Some people

Sympathize,

Empathize

Others say,

"Get over Yourself."
