We kept on walking
Despite sensing something more
Why did we do that?

Distance was needed
For these paths to cross again
Perhaps it was fate

I don’t believe much
Except each note you wrote me
Faithful messenger

Bury your secrets
Deep within my willing soul
Where they shall remain

The flame in your eyes
Was all my cold heart needed
To beat warm once more

Uncertain young souls
Locked together in a chest
The key tossed away

Display all your love
Hesitate to speak the words
I know how you feel

This bond we now share
Shall endure through the ages
Time’s flowing river

Run from my embrace
Hide from all my endearment
Inescapable

Eternal chorus
Everlasting melody
You’re my deathless song
