the halo
your arch
   drowned
  in the starch
of our mutated
              fractures
   most things break
frosty mountains melt
scattered promises flare
driving planes on icy lanes
       forecasting plastic tactics
          arguing drastic gambling
             how fast your clothes fly
                                                        my sidewalk is
                                                        the cushioned path
                                                        of things that are best
                                                         left in the past
