Back when I was young, I lead army's into battle for fun.
Grew up an only child on a farm with acres to run.
Back when I was young, wind storms meant tree tops.
Went swimming in canals and walked rail road tracks.
Back when I was young, my only friend was my dog.
Ran for miles in the summer till It got to hot.
Back when I was young, the bus couldn't always come.
Jumped in snow drifts off of hay stacks till I went numb.
Now that I'm man, I can't believe kids today there boring.
Always on the Internet or play in video games.
I miss the old days, but at least I got em!
And my kid will too
