The Refugee
To be banned.
Tossed like paper blowing in the wind.
Not accepted by a country.
When you're seeking to be their friend?
A refugee.
One, lumped together with others.
When you hadn't done a single thing.
The story of Jesus explain the same.
In adulthood, we see this.
Harassed by less and by powerful few too.
A refugee holding nothing but love.
But when pushed to select which to released.
We, found people decided to go with a thief.
A refugee of peace.
Couldn't even catch a break.
Pilate had the power to do it.
Just like Trump trying to put an end to it.
