Dec 2016
These changes were not warranted
Unwanted, strange, and cruel
A twisting plot that transformed me quickly from king to fool

My life was not the same, a shame
A spring that sprung to winter
A tree that I had nursed and fed that grew, flourished, then splintered

And if these plans were indeed planned
The planning was not my own
And I see now the broken bough that forces me to grow

My bones they creaks and groan, I've grown
Forcing me to learn from the wrongs
And now the fool must start again to see he was a fool all along
