Dec 2016
Little fireflies
are dancing.
I open my window
To greet the
gentle breeze.
Underneath, roses
are blooming
But empty sighs,
Like leaves,
are falling.
The night begins
to shine,
It's in my hair.
And midnight sends
the early dewdrops
to rest upon my eye lashes,
Like ocean pearls.
Tranquillity is beckoning,
Yet I Wonder why
I still can't find my rest.
Until the sun peeps
through the
transparent curtain
that covers me...
