Dec 2016
days bled into weeks and months and you're still not here.
sometimes I can see you through the curtains, but most of the time you're hidden.
you pull them around yourself and bury your scarlet face in blue velvet and it truly would be quite cute under any another circumstance,
but under this one it's not very appealing at all.
I wish you would let me inside the curtains too.
maybe then we could play hide and seek in the blue velvet together,
and dress up in it.
until we're both tying curtains around our throats.
