Under Love’s fruitful canopy
Are blessings raining down
Like leaves, a pleasant panoply
In whose fathoms I could drift and drown
The kind canopy protects the heart
From the punishing lash of elements
If from under Love’s canopy you should depart
Your life will lose lustre in increments
