Gay Gaia
The world ripens, bright
As a bride’s bouquet, abloom
With iridescence
Bees astir, the buzz
Emanates, its frequency
High enough to hear
Hills like naked swells
On Gaia’s body, birds
Brooding on the boughs
Like forlorn poets,
Cursing their misfortunes, the
Cruelty of love
Rainbows meander,
Like wanderlust bards try to
Fathom stratospheres
Berries adorn stems,
Offerings to the woodland,
Consumed with pleasure
Nature is present,
Purposeful, benevolent,
Her heart is awake
