Nov 2016
A month and a day
A hop, skip and jump away
Everything feels the same
But the clouds are threatening rain
Kissing the inside of my lungs
In the air moisture hangs
Clouds hiding behind the sun
Painting my veins in gray
The grass bows beneath
The water droplet's weight
Clouds shrouding, hiding fate
If we knew, we'd hide and wait
But we run, and blindly chase
Something better than disgrace
Tired of lying and being fake
Unraveling spiders and whispering snakes
Feeling free, sun on my face
Nevermind
