You got to step it up;

leave this
fragile
comfort zone
of yours,

there is no more
twilight here

Write what you want
to read

even if those eyes
don't clearly see

Your choices
are blurs on
the television screen

You chose to be honest
with yourself

Your
self

will

remember
this

You go it alone;

but in this sea
of loneliness
there are plenty
of visible hands
to hold

Wish for more
wishes; cry
as much as you
dare;

You no longer
have to try

Because no one
can tell you

what to do,
or what not to do,

without

telling a lie.
