Listen and adjust.
Is that asking for too much?
For every action, there's gonna be a reaction.

Talk, discuss, you'll find ways to solve any matter.

When one is seen as a villain to others?
You basing it mostly on assumption.
When another is seen as the oppressor?
Then you must examine that as a major issue.

Cops shootings, are not  all racial.
But a few are in generalizational matters.
Which tarnish many good cops cause of a trigger finger.

But if both sides talk, adjust and agre than you most likely to see things change.

Then maybe , it's just my hope and my dream.
