I see children covered in dirt and missing limbs. I see people sitting idle and wanting a better way of life. I listen to people who want things only one way and will not consider a different path. I look at intolerance from  both points of view and see the depravity of it all. I want to do more, but how much can one person accomplish? I try to sew the seed of hope, but it never seems to be enough. So I sit and ponder the ways of history and of all things that have been and I wonder still why must it be, that people cannot live together in peace?
