Everything he's done
since the day that they met,
he just wants her happy,
and out of this mess.
She doesn't want to disappoint,
but can't seem to run
away from the lies,
with the truth like a gun,
held to her head
by her own shaking hand.

What would bring her out of this
is no simple man.
The only way out,
the only light she can see,
is the one that will **** her,
but would set her soul free.

She can't -- she wont --
he doesn't deserve that pain.
So instead she hides,
forgets her own name.
Better to please him
and make him think he fixed her
Than to tell him the truth,
that nothing can change it for sure.
