for I was the Chickadee bathing
in it's watery toll
In December snow I was the exposure -
of naked skin seeking closure
Alone at the shore in fear of mossy stepping -
stones that led to the popular side of
the River Life & Love
A besieged Castle chess piece facing diagonal attack
A burlap sack filled with lessons of stone across a tired back* ...
