to the self..
Mind contractions obscure
a free and open identity
our attention is needed..
Not logic laced in more worry
but a recognition of vastness
no..of infinity
of the Self which we
seemingly left behind..
Thus we deplete and dissolve
a wave of worry
in an ocean of
newfound clarity...
