Police arrive and speak to the press through their spokesperson.
And instantly they proclaim "it's might be gang related".
How?
You figure that.
It's speculation at best.

Turn it around.
Ten white males youth standing around.
Something instantly goes down.
Police arrive to investigate.
and through their spokesperson addressing the news.
They kindly express "It's just youth in a close surrounding".
How?
You figure that.
Again, speculation at best.

Sociology teaches us to analyze and many of times it takes common sense.
Trouble happens when many in a group.
But notice based on race that law officials takes a different view.

Now figure that out.
Why?
Simply because of a man's skin.
