The Eastern Star reigns just above the tree line
Brushstrokes of chalcanthite blue with Wisteria -
purple billows , orange sky dwelling o'er Carolina on this night
Infinite greens , Wood Thrush hymns , Honeysuckle
introspection with a view of distant sun laced copper thunderheads
The stillness of late afternoon replaced with the -
songs of the nocturnal world
A long awaited fragrant breeze
The hope of cool , uninterrupted tranquil sleep*...
