Jun 2016
I walked by a small cottage church
As a large wooden box
Was carefully unbundled
From a waiting automobile

I do not know who was inside
But I have thought about that soul
All day long

I hope you lived a life
Worthy of your mourners praise
For they will sing of you today
And tomorrow
They will go on living
And yours will be an epitaph.
