Triggered.
And just like that the roar of a thousand waves crashing on a cliff side could not compete with that noises in
my head.

Suffocated by a lump sitting so comfortably in
my throat.

Arrogantly making each breathe I take feel like
my last.
Words are the biggest triggers. They hurt.
